General Description:
Urban Brew Labs is a growing self- distributing brewery located in Chicago, Illinois. We will be opening our long-awaited taproom this Spring.
We need an experienced Brewery Sales Representative to support and grow our city accounts. The Sales Representative will be responsible for both on and off-premise accounts and will work within our sales team. The representative will be provided a company vehicle to use throughout the week.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Visit existing accounts weekly to pitch upcoming brands, receive weekly beer orders, and provide customer service within your territory.
-Develop sales strategies with individual accounts to promote volume growth.
-Visit new prospective accounts weekly to expand our reach.
-Develop and execute promotional events/ marketing materials for new and existing accounts.
-Attend tasting events that may include nights and/or weekends (Subject to COVID-19 Restrictions).
-Attend beer festivals within your territory throughout the year (Subject to COVID-19 Restrictions).
-Help guide our next beer releases to stay relevant with current trends, seasonality, and the needs of our customers.

Qualifications:
-At least one year of experience selling beer within the Chicago market.
-Must be self-driven and motivated to sell beer.
-Able to self-manage and work autonomously yet work within a sales team.
-Must have great customer service skills.
Requirements:
-Must be 21 years or older.
-Must have a valid / clean Illinois driver’s license.
-Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
Compensation:
-Hourly rate + quarterly bonus
